Dear Valued Today’s Woman Vendor,
We missed you at the past vendor reception which took place on September 15th at the San Bernardino County Fair Grounds. We discussed the following:
Set-up: Set-up begins at noon on Friday, October 16th and must be completed by 6:00 pm Friday evening. No set-ups will be allowed the day of the event. You are required to provide all of your own equipment such as; extension cords, decorations, giveaways, bungee cords, zip-ties, etc. When off loading your items for your booth you may pull up to your assigned building take your items to your booth then please move your car to the parking lot to ensure the next vendor has the same opportunity.
Signage: We want you to promote your product and company while at the Today’s Woman Expo, when hanging a banner it is requested that you use zip-ties or bungee cords. No Safety Pins will be allowed so please make sure you bring the appropriate items to hang a banner.
Breakdown: You are NOT to begin to breakdown your booth before 3:00 pm, Saturday, October 17th. The Today’s Woman committee or the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds will provide no equipment.
Electricity: Exhibitors are required to provide their own extension cords and surge protectors. In compliance with safety and fire codes NO electrical cords may cross any traffic paths.
Parking: Vendors are asked to park at the Doris Davies parking lot. You will enter through Gate E, follow the road all the way around until you see the Doris Davies building, parking stalls are NOT assigned so feel free to park your car and remember to lock your car Today’s Woman can not be responsible for your car or your items within your car.
Required Items: If you have any of the following items still outstanding, you are requested to have these into our office by October 2nd If these items are not in by October 2nd then you risk the possibility of forfeiting your booth space: vendor booth final payment, liability insurance, workers compensation certificate, and vendor application.
